Introducing Number 2

This is a recent ultrasound taken of our second child:

Baby Number 2

The child is about 10 weeks old, so we don’t know yet if it will be a boy or a girl. Everyone in my house hopes for another girl, but everyone outside our home thinks it will be a boy. ๐Ÿ˜‰ We will know during the second ultrasound in late May.

Anyhow, if you look at the photo carefully, the baby is facing the camera. You can see two tiny, tiny arms and two tiny legs. The head is on the left. ๐Ÿ™‚ When we saw him/her it wiggled a little bit, which was very cute. My wife was very relieved to see the heart beating.

My wife is doing well, but the morning-sickness is really bothering her this time. Last time, she didn’t really have much morning-sickness, but really wanted to eat foods like tomatoes and such. This time, the morning-sickness made her feel nauseous for almost 4 weeks (plus she had a cold too), and still bothers her somewhat. Meat and celery seem to bother her too. Thankfully she’s doing better now though.

Number 1 (our daughter) is very, very excited about having a little brother or sister.
